A&D Security prides itself on operating smarter and more efficiently than the major providers that currently occupy the top 4 spots in the industry. By recognizing and hand selecting employees based on prior skills and knowledge, we are able to provide the specialized service for each client . We don’t approach our employees as a number. Each applicant goes through a very thorough interview and pre screening process.

Being a locally owned company we have flexibility and resources that other companies just can`t compete with. We do not obtain business by being the least expensive, we obtain business by referrals and expertise in our field. The old adage says” you get what you pay for”, and in the security industry that is proving to be more true every day. We can`t ever guarantee we will be the least expensive but we can guarantee we deliver the best product for the money. Security has been run and managed the same for decades, A&D Security Solutions continues to adapt to the ever changing security industry, and we approach the market differently to keep up with and meet the ever changing needs of clients. 5 Years later we are growing in Florida and have decided to branch back out to our home state in New York.
